Walton always regards every worker as the treasure of the company that is why Walton holds a meticulous attitude to Staff Reducing Plan for many years. The company plans to adjust staff position to restrict non-technical employees, as Walton emphases on high-quality and high benefit, not on developing speed and size. The present adjustment is based on the transfer of operation strategy.
　　The adjustment purposes on strengthening the company’s cooperative capability, realizing the company’s resource share and reducing cost. The adjustment will naturally relate to staff adjusting, but Walton will never reduce staff forcedly. Before announcement, Walton has already gathered public opinion among the staff, the supporting percentage of which occupied 82.41%. Walton’s workers grew together with the company, knowing the company’s strategy plan and operation status, therefore, they could understand and accept rationally, what’s more, a small part of the Walton workers initiatively leave Walton because of personal reasons.
