After three months’ staff reducing, Walton’s exterior markets are as calm as usual, which shows the stabilization and maturity of its markets. With experienced development in America, Walton has spread to the European markets, however, as early as ten years ago, Walton has started cooperation with European area, the main operation of which was trade and real estate investment, but until July, 2002, Walton started to established factories and companies in Europe because of Walton intelligentized home products’ entering into European markets. The sale of Walton intelligentized home products are very optimistic, as only in two years’ time, Walton has developed 150 dealers and partners, what’s more, Walton has exploited markets in Italy, UK and France to realize its “Annual sale up to 50 million in Europe” plan. As to its inevitable development in Germany, Walton’s core R&D team moved to Germany from America in order to solve practical problems more conveniently. As Walton’s products closely meet to European customers’ needs, the market quickly spread to Sweden and Finland, which was closely related to Walton’s excellent quality and technology. In April, 2005, Walton intelligentized home R&D general engineer’s assistant Aldington resigned, together with Antonia, the former marketing research center engineer, joined in Israel CKOW Group. Though Walton’s products have already applied patent information protection, their leaving more or less brought some negative effect to the company. On 10th, July, 2005, through three month’s investigation, Walton started to reduce staff according to the company’s development and operation. Walton formally announced the staff on 20th, September ahead of 60 days according to American Worker Adjustment Law and offered compensation to those dismissed staff. After three months, the company became stable as usual. As the Christmas is just on the way, everyone in Walton wear their big smile again.
