Before Wallton entered to China, it mainly provided technology and core chips to the majority of smart home manufacturers in China. After Wallton’s entrance to China, in order to make its products to fit in with the market demand’s features and to learn the regulation of the market development, Wallton united with the native enterprise Shenzhen welltech Science& Technology Co. Ltd. to extend the production and sale of Wallton smart home products in Sep. 2006. In Oct. 2006, Wallton combined t-bus system with 2.4G wireless network technology of Shenzhen Walltech Science &Technology Co. Ltd., and then it will launch 2.4G T-BUS smart control products in March 2007.According to the negotiation of the both sides of Wallton headquarters and WoErTai, in order to guarantee the stability of the original Wallton products’ market and to protect the valid rights of the agents and consumers, the trademark and brand name of 2.4G T-BUS smart control products launched in March will be still named as “Walltech”. The t-bus system technology and chips of all products will be supplied directly by the headquarters of America Wallton Group, and welltech will be in charge of the products’ developing, manufacturing and sale in China. Wallton will directly provide technology support to Walltech.
 
      When the “Walltech” 2.4G T-BUS smart control products come into the market, all the products from the original Wallton Group’s agents in China  will be changed as compensation ( price difference).The deadline of this change, which is voluntary, is 30th March 2007.  The after-sale service of the original Wallton products will be directly supplied by Shenzhen Welltech Science& Technology Co. Ltd.
